The training program will help claims managers to optimise their performance and client service delivery. This online education program is for insurance brokers who wish to learn more about the Western Australian workers’ compensation and injury management scheme. Developed in collaboration with the National Insurance Brokers Association WA (NIBA) and the Insurance Council of Australia WA, the education program consists of modules designed to inform and guide brokers’ knowledge of workers’ compensation and injury management. On program completion, brokers will have gained an understanding of their role in the scheme and the claim management process. The education program is accredited by both NIBA and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
