Description

Workplace Rehabilitation Providers (WRPs), and the consultants who work for them, play a vital role in the return to work process of a worker with a work-related injury or illness.

To ensure you have the appropriate knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver rehabilitation services in the Workers’ Compensation Scheme, WorkCover WA have developed the Workplace Rehabilitation Providers Principles and Standards of Practice (Principles and Standards).

The six units in this module provide practical and relevant education to you as a WRP on the role you play, and the responsibilities you have to your clients, within the context of the workers’ compensation scheme.

The module includes an overview of the Principles and Standards, providing you with the knowledge needed to ensure the Principles and Standards are achieved to maximise the workers’ compensation experience for workers and employers.
