Introduction to WorkCover WA and the Scheme

Serving as a claims manager is both a commitment and a responsibility. This course gives an overview of workers compensation insurance under the Western Australian scheme, and will provide claims managers with the foundations needed to undertake their role in this State.

The course provides practical and relevant information, educating claims manager on the role responsibilities they have to stakeholders within the context of the workers compensation scheme.
